BnBerry is a travel tech company building innovative tools and products for the Hospitality industry. BnBerry tools and services are used by hotels to connect to hospitality marketplaces, manage inventory distribution, bookings, revenue and customer experience. Our portfolio includes top international hotels and resorts as well as independent and franchised hotels. We are now expanding our team to support our global growth and are seeking a Global Business Development Director, who is innovative, analytical, can think strategically about business as well as has strong management and leadership skills. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for global client acquisition: building and managing the regional business development teams, acquiring new partnerships with hotels and resorts, leading hotel groups and chains and establishing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities: Build and lead the Business Development teams: Directly contribute to the Business Development team success, growth & development by applying and/or reinforcing new disciplines, metrics, motivation programs and a greater structure in function Develop, track and execute against monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets (KPIs) & other performance metrics Prepare business development documents, presentations and demos and adherence to presentation and negotiation standards across the team. Manage cross-functional teams supporting new business development activities, ongoing partner recruitment & team development Build and execute on Business development strategy: Research and identifie new markets Identify and analyze key metrics, trends and opportunities to create an informed business development strategy Develop and deliver high level impactful presentations on business development strategy and opportunities, budget and revenue projections to senior management and key stakeholders. Participates in product development, distribution and promotion strategies. Expand global Client and Partner relationships Build and nurture C-level relationships across key targets to further solidify commitment to new prospects and/or partner relationships Identify and execute on new opportunities for growths through partnerships Requirements 7+ years’ sales or marketing experience, 5+ years’ management experience Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus Proven experience of building efficient business development operations and managing regional business development teams. Knowledge of Sales tech: Hubspot, Salesforce etc Track record of business development successes in bringing on big international brands Terms: Salary: 80,000 USD/year + quarterly bonus based on revenue KPI This position can be remote Paid time off and vacation Quarterly performance bonus Annual budget for professional growths (education, trainings)
