ANNA Money, a British fintech startup with Russian roots, is looking for a PPC Specialist. Among the founders of the service are the creators of Tochka Bank and a former top executive of Alfa-Bank. We are looking for a traffic expert to join our customer acquisition team who will be responsible for independently managing contextual advertising on Google Ads on a monthly budget of around USD 150,000.00. The expert will be required to pick up existing campaigns, optimise and develop them. There is the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world. Reporting to the CMO. Collaboration with the designer through briefings on the design of advertising campaigns (briefings in English) and the data analyst on building reports. The main task is to help accelerate the growth of the service through the launch, monitoring, optimisation and evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Google Ads. Be ready for a test after your interview at the company! Important qualities of PPC specialist at ANNA Money: Don't be afraid to speak English ;-) We will not need to teach you how to set up advertising – we need a specialist who already knows how to do it and is looking to further hone their skills. Responsibilities: Independent launch and control of contextual display advertising on the UK market: collecting semantics, writing ads, setting up and launching campaigns with subsequent updating and cleaning. Types of ads to work with: Pay Per Click (PPC) Search Ads, Responsive search ads, Google Ads Display. Conducting experiments (testing hypotheses), finding the best campaigns that will allow further growth. Working with Google Ads Conversion Tracking. Analysing the effectiveness of ad campaigns. Responsible for growth in the number of customers coming from Google Ads. Requirements: Extensive experience in setting up and managing contextual display advertising on Google Ads for the Western market (there are its own specifics, including the size of CTR and conversions). Understanding the algorithms of Pay Per Click on Google. Experience with Google Ads Conversion Tracking, including setting up event tracking via Google Tag Manager and tracking associated conversions in GA. Experience working with end-to-end analytics, including self-configuration elements. Web and mobile analytics – It is important to know what to track on the service, including optimising campaigns, and configure events with the help of developers or using Google Optimize, fluent in English (both for composing ads and for personal communication, since this is the team's working language). Experience working with Google Data Studio. The following will be an added advantage: Experience working with large budgets (from GBP 1 million per year). Having a Google Ads certificate. Experience working with clients from the financial sector. Experience with Ads Manager (for testing hypotheses): Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp. Experience with Snapchat/ Tiktok/ Microsoft Ads. Experience with email marketing. Basic SQL skills. Conditions: Remote work format (full time) – The main thing is that there is a more than 4-hour difference with the UK, mandatory participation in daily half-hour meetings to synchronise work. Registration – under an agreement with a British company (sole proprietor or professional income tax payer). Salary – RUB 100,000.00 - RUB 120,000.00 (level determined in the job offer depending on the candidates).
