And be a part of our Supply Chain Operations team. The main purpose of the role is to manage daily operations of finished product shipments to Wella customers or other Wella locations. Additionally you will be the first level of support for system work. If you are interested then it's an excellent opportunity for you! Reporting to : Logistics Leader KEY RESPONSIBILITIES First level of support/coaching for work system (both work process and technology) for end users through their expertise in the systems and work process and how they work together; Prepare work instructions Analyze and resolve SAP technical issue in outbound, inbound, co-packing and stock management scope through self-effort and ticket assignment; Support robust work of full integration between SAP and WMS; monitor and resolve all mistakes with top priority (WMS-SAP IDOC handling); Inventory stock control - 100% inventory matching in SAP versus warehouse management system, inventory stock adjustments in SAP; Control the correctness of all inventory movements in SAP done by DC Ensure Custom declaration stock fully matching with inventory in SAP; Build new logistic business requirements in SAP with technical process description; Lead and run qualification testing Support all digital mark related process and reporting, system data correctness and compliance with the legislation Lead deployment of technical and work process changes/system upgrades/improvements. Physical stock counting inventory discrepancies adjustments in SAP; Month closing inventory reporting (MEC); Grey market codes scanning process management (>98% scanning covering KPI delivering).
