Project overview We invite you to take the challenge and join our growing ERP development team. Our goal is to automate accounting routines, deliver management reporting ASAP, and also automate business processes not only for the finance department, but for the entire company as a whole. In our work, we are always faced with interesting and complex tasks that need to be thought out and evaluated with the whole team, therefore we are interested in working with an involved and motivated specialist. We need a Business Analyst to supply requirements to the development team. Business Analyst should organize work with various business representatives, understand their needs and translate to the language of the development team support developers and QA through the entire software development lifecycle to deliver a high quality product to the users. Responsibilities Translation business ideas into well-structured requirements Formalization, documentation and visualization of requirements Digest complex requirements and convert into acceptance criteria Coordination of requirements with the business stakeholders Interaction with the development team Development and maintenance of the documentation Planning and monitoring of BA process and activities. Requirements At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BA activities Proven business and systems analysis skills coupled with the ability to translate input into well-structured requirements Good knowledge of the main notations of visual modelling Sufficient knowledge and experience in Agile-based methodologies Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile Good understanding of technologies and principles of building modern web applications Nice to have Experience with projects related to development accounting and business applications Work Conditions Full-time position, remote work is possible (we are considering relocation in the future) Modern, well-designed office in a 5-minute walk from a subway station Great community of software development experts and other industry professionals Highly-competitive compensation, motivation, benefits and social programs Salary officially paid in hard currency negating devaluation risks Medical insurance + 4 Sick days + 1 Day off English courses
