I have an opportunity for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Business Analyst, Product Manager. The position would be specializing in information worker productivity and all things Microsoft 365, Azure, MS Teams, and SharePoint. This is a contract position with 100% Remote. Submit your resume in MS Word format. You will be working with organizations to improve their software systems performance, automate processes and organize business data for the digital workspace. You will be creating Intranets, configuring and building cloud solutions for companies in various industries. TECHNICAL STACK Team and product management with Agile Methodology processes Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Applications, SharePoint Online, Atlassian Jira, Confluence Able to perform no-code configurations Knowledge of the Web Development, Content Management WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Creating corporate Intranets and organizing business information, files, forms, etc. The Business Analyst will be involved hands-on in requirements gathering, business process automation, and re-design for content management systems and custom software applications Create technical documentation Coordinate and manage technical meetings Analytical and problem-solving abilities Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to create technical documents and specifications Business analysis and business process understanding Ability to create agile development requirements: product backlog, user stories, plan iterations, technical task specifications Assist clients with business requirements for their SharePoint and Office System based solutions and create the appropriate information architecture and solution approach; The Business Analyst will communicate with clients, learn business processes and document them, create Functional Specifications and high-level design documents needed to develop and implement solutions and then train the users on how to use the system; Configure SharePoint sites, custom lists, webparts, and document libraries, develop and manage access roles for SharePoint content, and migrate content from other environments into new SharePoint libraries; Configure simple SharePoint applications using out of the box SharePoint functionality Produce, edit, proofread and compile technical and business documentation; REQUIREMENTS Strong Team, Communication Skills Advanced English 3 - 5 Years’ experience with Business Analysis in software development Knowledge of the Business Analysis Best Practices Attention to Detail and ability to deliver working solutions
