This full-time internship lasts for 6-9 months and allows you to experience the real job that Finance professionals do at P&G. From Day 1, with support and coaching from your manager, you will lead projects related to business analysis, financial data management, and reporting – all aspects of international finance job. We will provide you with the opportunity to connect with and learn from numerous colleagues in various departments. The internship will give you a great understanding of P&G’s corporate culture, while developing your skills to be a future business leader. During your internship, P&G focuses on learning more about you and evaluates if you are the right fit for a permanent position. You will have a mid-term and end-of-term review sessions which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as development areas. Similarly, this is also a chance for you to learn more about P&G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we provide. Examples of possible Finance Internship projects: Competitive Landscape Analysis for P&G, assessment of investment decisions, category portfolio analysis and marketing spending analysis Cost Saving opportunities across different spend pools related to distribution, promotion, manufacturing and logistics costs, cost forecasting and working on material sourcing F&A processes efficiency & automation recommendations, e.g., profit forecasting, budgeting for our business units, cash collection, external financial reporting Co mpensation & benefits Monthly salary 80 000 RUR gross Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance (5 000 RUR gross) Flexible work hours and possibility to work from home Access to P&G’s global comprehensive training portfolio Relocation support in case you move to Moscow from another region Qualifications 3+ year students and graduates with any higher education degree Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level) Strong analytical skills and passion for solving logic/algebra-based problems Strong data manipulation skills (preferably in Excel) Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week) Just so you know All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, citizenship, HIV/AIDS status or any other legally protected factor.
