We are looking for Intern that will be part of the Digital practice and you may have exposure to: Work on client engagements (either in the office or on client site). Support and design Digital Transformation initiatives in Data Sciences & Analytics, Digital Workforce & Artificial Intelligence. Develop IT Strategy and support of the IT system implementation process. Support project management, processes, organizational design improvement and business transformation Support research on digital technology and its practical use in industry. Create collateral and marketing materials to raise A&M’s profile as a player in Digital. The Ideal Candidate The central building block of our success is our employees. Their enthusiasm, willingness to perform and flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment is essential. You are self-starting with ambition and desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture. You are fluent in English. Documents you create are stylish and flawless and you master complex spreadsheets at ease. You have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Mechanics and Mathematics, Economic, Cybernetics etc. In particular, you will have experience in at least one of the following areas: Digital, IT and their application in business/industry (e.g. practical application of AI/ML, IoT tech and use cases, Serverless Architectures and their business use, Analytics/Big Data Architectures). Math, analytics and visualization skills: analytics and ML in Python, R or other statistical processing languages, Tableau and Power BI visualization, knowledge of SQL. Practical experience with big data e.g. setting up cloud-based processing environment for big data processing. Understanding of traditional off-the-shelf package architectures for enterprise IT (e.g., ERP, CRM, MES), challenges in implementation and integration. Understanding of project management and process improvement (e.g. business process modeling, using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Planner, Trello, developing RAMs).
