Our Esprow Enterprise Testing Platform (ETP) is unique in the market of automated certification, testing, and simulation of financial trading solutions. You will be exposed to the most challenging and high-profile working environments. Position Summary We are looking for a talented Technical Writer capable to understand the company’s products, extend, maintain, and improve our products' documentation and take ownership of the area, making sure that our user-facing documents help our customers and contribute to their positive image of Esprow. Technical Writer responsibilities include creating and maintaining external and internal product documentation, user manuals, product release notes, development guidelines, and website for Esprow's products. Candidates with the corresponding skills and interest can have the chance to record product tutorial videos, and plan and conduct technical product demos and trainings. The position requires good communication skills, fluent business English, the ability to work in a small team environment, and to deliver quality work on-time. Exceptional attention to details is required. Responsibilities Document new product features after they have been implemented, reviewed, and tested Liaise with the other technical teams to gather any additional information needed to create clear help articles with the appropriate level of detail. Produce screenshots, flowcharts, and other graphics. Continuously learn about how Esprow’s products work, how our clients use them, and what business tasks they are solving with them. Create product documentation from scratch for newly developed products. Create release notes and release notification emails based on existing templates. Proofread and edit documentation in English to ensure consistency of language and style, as well as correct application of templates. Review current templates and style guides and identify areas for improvement. Suggest improvements for the documentation content, infrastructure, and processes. Occasionally help improve product descriptions on our website and marketing materials. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience. Fluent business English, written and spoken. Proven experience working in technical writing of software documentation and system processes. Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to details. Ability to write in clear and concise explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences. Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics, and feature-rich software tools. Ability to clearly explain complicated procedures in a simple and understandable manner. Enthusiasm for technology, technical aptitude and experience. Familiarity with Windows, desktop and web applications. Experience working with cross-functional teams across product development lifecycles. Bonus skills (Optional, but would be a plus) Deeper technical experience, such as scripting/programming, would be a big advantage, as some of our products are very technology focused. Understanding of the software development life cycle. Experience with documentation-as-code (writing in Markdown/RST/AsciiDoc, versioning source files, automated publishing to various output formats). Experience with conducting technical demos, webinars, training. Ideal Personality A mature person who can be trusted and who genuinely cares about their job and responsibilities.
