Weby Corp is a fast growing company. Our main domains are retail, warehouse and accounting. But we also have a number of in-house IT systems and solutions. We are looking for a Business Analyst in our IT Developments team who will be involved in the ongoing building and improvement of our systems. Our core team is made up of young and talented people who contribute every day to our own IT-projects that help users of our company and around the world. Responsibilities: Communication with specialists within the company to gather and elicit their needs both for the development of new IT solutions and for enhancement of the existing ones Investigation of how business processes look like, what tools are involved in them and what are their technical requirements Description of the different use cases for each process Investigation of the API documentation for precise integration specifications writing Write technical specifications for further development of integrations with 3rd party systems using their API or other solutions Drawing mockups and diagrams as this is the best way to explain what users expect form an IT solution Provide assistance and support during the IT solution development and QA stages Preferred Experience: 2 years experience in Business Analysis or Financial Analysis Excellent specifications writing and communication skills Good knowledge of any ERP System (preferably NetSuite; SAP, 1C or other ERP/CRM systems are also acceptable) Basic knowledge of MySQL Knowledge of UML and BPMN will also be highly appreciated Ability to learn quickly, self-teach when required, and effectively seek out resources and information as needed Track record of being highly resourceful and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of autonomy Ability to manage timelines and deliver multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills Fluent English What we offer: Full-time job Competitive salary package and benefits according to your experience level A great position in a great and growing company Career development Work from home or from the office at your convenience – your direct colleagues are located in Belarus, USA (Dallas, Texas), Poland and Russia so lots of online interaction English courses, NetSuite and other courses on-demand Training in the company - we will give you all our domain and technical knowledge If this sounds interesting but you’re not sure you'll tick all the boxes, apply anyway!
