Huawei General Development Dept SPb Research Centre Project Description: The intelligent network management unit that we are developing is the brain of network management. It provides network management and O&M services for billions of people in 100+ countries. We hope to improve our network service level through high-quality and efficient graph algorithms. The objectives are as follows: 1. Based on multiple network routing protocols, construct and optimize network path search algorithms with multiple policies and constraints to provide network services with lower latency and higher bandwidth. 2. Construct a network traffic optimization algorithm to enable the network to carry more network traffic with limited resources. 3. Optimize the operation and graph computing performance of the ultra-large-scale database to provide more powerful management capabilities. Key responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the analysis, algorithm design, and development of technical projects. 2. Use external academic forces to conduct technical cooperation and attract more academic and industry experts. 3. Participate in industry academic conferences, learn advanced research experience from academia, and expand product influence. Skills and experience required 1. Doctoral or master's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, combinatorial mathematics, topology, or related fields; understand the research field and current trends of graph algorithms. 2. Have a proficient command of the implementation principles and application scenarios of graph-related algorithms, such as path search and optimization, network flow, spanning tree, mixed integer programming, and graph database. 3. Have 1 - 3 years of working experience in graph algorithms and have successful business projects using graph algorithms to achieve technical goals. 4. Have programming capabilities, be familiar with at least one mainstream programming language (Python, C++, or Java), and be able to implement, debug, and verify algorithm prototypes. 5. Experience in technical project management and willing to work with others. 6. Fluent English, good communication skills and good work ethic. Bonus item: 1. Worked in the telecommunications industry, understanding computer networks and telecommunications principles. 2. Have successful experience in the CT or IT industry. 3. Experience in large-scale data analysis projects or cloud computing projects. 4. Publication of high-level scientific research papers; What we offer 1.
