As our Talent Acquisition Manager for Technology, you will work with a supergroup of talented Talent Acquisition professionals in Cyprus and EMEAR, to attract, select and ultimately retain the highly specialized, driven, and creative individuals to join Exness. You will bring your own creativity, networking skills, and recruitment experience to help the team meet the needs of our fast-growing scale-up. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing a team of talent acquisition specialists working in Cyprus and remote. Develop recruitment procedures and regulations and actively takes part in the development of all the processes in the area. Support the Global Head of TA to define the main strategic and tactic priorities to ensure up-to-date development of the function, educate Line managers on acceptable processes and policies, and manage the team of talent specialists. What you’ll do: Manage a team of 10+ Recruiters & Sourcers to business partner and deliver into our technology organization. Goal setting, IDP, KPI’s, training, and coaching for the team. Partner with our hiring managers to understand their talent needs and lead the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery with the team – ensuring that you and the team deliver according to your KPI’s. Manage recruitment processes in line with agreed priorities, ensuring excellent candidate & stakeholder experience and fast turn-around times. Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures that decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias and focusing on the quality of hire. Responsible for all recruitment activities (incl. HR branding) to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely and cost-effective way. Who You Are? You are passionate about talent. You are interested in candidates beyond the job you have to fill. You take a keen interest in their desires and motivations and want to help them grow their careers. You have led and managed an in-house recruitment team in your current or previous position(s). Experienced with Tech and/or Business Intelligent hiring. Candidate-centric and passionate about stakeholder experience. You have a deep understanding of the required roles and source the best candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Stack Overflow, GitHub, LinkedIn, AngelList, Entelo & Amazing Hiring). You understand the value of a well-structured process and enjoy working with a diverse team of interviewers to continuously monitor and improve decision-making quality. You enjoy building strong relationships and know-how to communicate around highly personal topics such as motivation, compensation, career progression. You’ll be fluent in communicating in English and Russian – written and verbal.
