Ontex is currently looking for HR manager to play a key role in execution of HR strategy for Russia and CIS (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus). This role will require a close cooperation with functional leaders (Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) on all strategic and operational issues. Position objectives : Participating in the company transformation process that includes organizational, structural and operational changes at all levels, communication support Carrying out responsibilities for people development in line with HR strategy including e-learning, building and execution of training plans – global and local programs Involved in development of org structure that includes preparing FTE plans for future personnel needs, budgeting, variance analysis, budget spend control Responsible for effective recruitment strategy and On-Boarding process (white and blue collars) Timely update of Internal HR Procedures & regulations, job descriptions and others, introduction of new policies and rules Leading all remuneration and promotion processes which includes annual performance appraisal process, benchmarking, ensuring competitive salaries and benefits for current staff and new employees, annual salary review and implementation, monthly payroll process, annual and sales bonuses validations Leading annual Talent review and calibration sessions, taking part in personnel plans development Organization and control over HR administration Carrying out duties of local Compliance Coordinator for Russia Managing employees’ benefits like voluntary medical insurance, life/disability insurance etc Corporate and team-building activities Manage HR team (4 direct reports) Responsibility for two sites - production in Noginsk and Moscow office (sales team) Job requirements and expectations from the candidate: University degree and at least 5 year experience in a similar role in the production \ industrial \ industrial sector Good command of English (written and spoken) High integrity, result-oriented, well organized, hardworking, proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with professional style to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization Location – Moscow region, Noginsk (Ontex plant)!!!
