Currently, our team is working on development of a new international fintech product that will be loved by users all over the world. What will you be doing in this role? Reporting to the Bank of Russia; preparation of notifications in the Bank of Russia on legally significant actions of NCO; drafting documents for approval of candidates for the executive bodies of NCO (in the Bank of Russia); Preparation of documentation, including minutes of the meetings of shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Committees and the Management Board; Implementation of legal assessment and legal support of banking operations carried out by NСO; Preparation of draft internal documents (orders, regulations, orders, etc.). Implementation of legal expertise of any operations, internal bank documents, contracts and etc.; Advising management, NCO employees on any legal issues, etc. What you’ll need experience in and what we’ll be looking for: Bachelor of higher degree in legal field English at least upper-intermediate 3-5 year of experience as legal advisor Banking experience Benefits professional growth in fintech; official employment from the first day in the company; flexible schedule 5/2 (Saturday, Sunday and all holidays we have a rest); tea, coffee, cookies in the office for a good mood; loyal vacation system; corporate English courses (entirely at the expense of the employer); annual corporate events.
