Kontur is looking for a regional director for its work-from-home team. Kontur is a US-based geospatial data and real-time risk management solutions provider for humanitarian, private, and governmental organizations. For many regions across the globe, natural disasters are not just news headlines — they are the reality of life. We are helping companies, governments, and communities reduce the impact of natural disasters and provide help and resources to those who need them the most. Duties and responsibilities As regional director you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Belarus office. You will interact with our accountants and HR to prepare the necessary paperwork for the government and High Tech Park, budgeting expenses of the Belarus office and communicating with the Head office in Hawaii. Also you will organize paperwork logistics, pay salaries and procure laptops, education and insurance. You will be reporting to the founders of the company. We see that the best candidate for this position will have experience and training as a lawyer. Alternatively we have several other open positions (CFO, Sales, Project Manager and other IT ones) that can be combined with responsibilities of regional director. Why would you want to join? Things we seek Familiar with Belarus and international law and regulations. Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field. Knowledge of requirements to paperwork or ability to find it on demand. Fluent computer user with office stack as Google Docs, Word, Excel, etc. Understanding of the IT sphere and business processes in it. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Things that will set you apart Car, driving license. Project management experience. Agile business process organization and coaching. Experience in similar positions.
