Summary This offer comes from a company dealing in cryptocurrencies, blockchain and DeFi technologies. We’re now searching for a Risk Manager to join our global team in Limassol, Cyprus , and to help take our client-focused services to new heights. The functions are similar to the role of FX/CFDs Dealer in brokerages. Note that this is shift work, including night shifts and sometimes the weekends. Responsibilities working in shifts, including night shifts and sometimes the weekends analysing the workflow of clients loan operations adjusting settings on trading instruments monitoring day-over-day profitability per instruments and services managing all trading, pricing environments overseeing and fine-tuning various risk management and trading automation processes running clients’ analysis, segmentation providing customer L2 support, claims resolution Experience and skills bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of experience as a Risk Manager or FX/CFDs Dealer in a financial company, decent Russian and English language, experience in fintech platforms (backoffice, trading, CRM platforms, their admin settings and principles), high proficiency in Excel pivot tables Who we are YouHodler is an EU and Swiss-based company with two main offices: Limassol, Cyprus and Lausanne, Switzerland.
