Requirements: Recruiting (Passive Candidates) - to grow the database of passive candidates through active channels — 20% of working time. Recruiting (Referral Candidates) - promote our referral program through our current contractors, new referrals, freelance recruiters; to build trust in the company among candidates and referrals. — 20% of working time. 'Candidates' Board' and 'Job Board;' Maintenance - to keep the board filled in with only actual and attractive data for both customers and job seekers. — 20% of working time. Recruiting (Active Recruiting) - immediately process and start active searches for potential clients to attract them and help the sales team to close the deal. — 15% of working time. English Check. Conduct short video interviews with candidates to assess their level of English — 10% of working time. Recruitment marketing. We create overview videos about positions, positions reviews, advertise our vacancies. — 10% of working time. HR: Perform important HR requests given by the HR department or direct manager. — 5% of working time. We are searching for proactive Junior / Intern IT recruiters to join our team. The role of IT Recruiter (Passive Candidates) tends to be to not cover current recruiting needs but to develop a database of passive candidates through referral programs, advertisements, and building a strong relationship with the potential applicants from a long-term perspective. Requirements: 0.5+ year of experience of working as an IT recruiter; level of English — Advanced or Fluent; Russian — native speaker or second language; confident computer user (Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Trello), LinkedIn, etc; conditions for remote work (good Internet/mobile service, ok-ish laptop or PC, webcam, headset; quiet environment); camera-happy attitude and desire to be the company's ambassador (you love to be on video - you can make Insta stories, etc; you are ready to participate in video meetings); vision, creativity, proactivity, great communication skills; affection to people, stress resistance, result orientation; the possibility to be in touch 24/7, vital - the ability to take responsibility and make own decisions. Conditions: $400-$600/months (depending on skills and experience). One-time monthly payment via Payoneer. *Two-months probation period (the first evaluation is in a month after the start date; the second one is in two months). The probation is paid in full in accordance with your salary signed in the contract. Full-time. Friendly team & democratic environment. 100% remote job.
