JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a reliable Finance Manager to lead and support Accounting Daily Operations as well as performance Financial Analysis & Deliver Reporting Package. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead & Support Accounting Daily Operations Improve customer database integrity by reconciling Stripe daily transactions between NetSuite and MRR Maximize Customer Renewal Rate, Minimize Days Sales Outstanding, Reduce Churn and Optimize Post-Churn Process Provide Executives full insight on accounting KPI on a weekly basis Perform Month End Closing, Post-Close Financial Analysis & Deliver Reporting Package Support Controller on Global closing Tasks include finalizing MRR, updating Lead schedule and preparing/reviewing Financial Statements on both Subsidiary and consolidated the level Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports to BOD and Executives on MRR, Cost& Cash, headcount and KPI, provide additional analysis and insights on request Review and consolidate Payroll reports & Cost Books from all Regions (US, VN, CN, BY) Drive Cross Department Collaboration Support Revenue Team on design & generate SIC Tracker, review SIC $payout and process Quarter End SIC Payout, help Team members understand the SIC plan and SIC Tracker Perform FP&A – Budgeting Work collaboratively with the Executives and refine the current budget Model/Framework to develop an Annual Expenditure Budget, which consists of operating expenditure budget and capital expenditure budget Forecast Payroll based on current headcount & Global Hiring Plan Forecast Contractor expenditure by analyzing past trend and mapping out all current Contractors Deliver and review the budget with each department head and provide support Support CEO/CFO on budget revision and approval Support Executives on Key Projects/initiatives as requested REQUIREMENTS 5 years of working experience as a Finance Manager BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software (Netsuite) A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used COMPETENCIES Excellent report-writing and communication skills Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
