Tools for Brokers technical department is looking for a technical support engineer to join our team. We are on the B2B model, so our support team is working with brokers from all around the globe and focusing on solving tough technical tasks. Our clients rely on the experience and high skills of our support team as well as the quality of the service we provide. Our daily tasks include troubleshooting the apps and plugins developed by T4B, investigate the reasons for errors in production environments, communicating with DEV and QA teams to find solutions to complicated issues, and provide our clients with information about how things work. We value people with great ambitions, who know what the word "responsibility" means, who won't leave any request unnoticed and are ready to show their imagination while solving the problem. Improvisation skills applied in engineering are what we are willing to see. We have multiple teams in our department, and every team has many variants of time shifts. On the other hand, we don't practice "flexible" shifts because we value our specialists' health and free time. So that, we are sure you will find the most suitable schedule here! Tech Skills we would like to get from you: Responsible approach to the work you do; Advanced English and Russian Windows server administration; Write basic queries of SQL (select/insert/update); Networking; Additional points that could help you to look more attractive for us: FinTech experience; Understanding of Client-Server apps architecture; Basic knowledge about APIs. Responsibilities we can give to you: Communicating with clients, host providers, ISPs by email or messengers (a constant practice of written and voice English); Deal with incidents, questions, and issues on a daily basis, coming up with solutions or workarounds (more than 99% of cases are unique); Gather the information, add it up to the knowledge base and share this information with your colleagues; Every day work in a team full of specialists that will inspire you to be more and more experienced!
