Dokumeds is looking for highly motivated and willing to develop together with the company candidate for the position Project Manager located in Russia (Moscow). Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of international Phase I-IV clinical trials including start-up activities Act as a primary point of contact for internal/external team for planning, conduct, and reporting of assigned clinical trials. Oversight of project team – Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Assistants Prepare/Review study plans & oversee compliance Review of protocols, vendor proposals and other documents; lead initiatives, contribute to development and finalization of key study documents including ICF, eCRF etc. Arrange/Participate in kick-off meetings, Investigator meetings Tracking of project finance & project milestones. Drive subject recruitment for assigned studies and meet predefined timelines. Oversee maintenance and timely updates of CTMS, Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF). Ensure in-house trial closure after completion of all planned activities and oversee archival of all study documents. Provide regular status reports to all relevant functions Requirements: University degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing or biology Excellent knowledge of English, Russian languages as a must Strong leadership (including conflict management), organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage work for a team RBQM experience is as advantage Required experience: 5 years’ experience in clinical trial, at least 2 years` experience in PM role We offer: Challenging job in a highly qualified team Professional growth in Clinical research field Employee-friendly work environment Competitive salary Car allowance Medical insurance after probationary period Working time: Full-time work
