Vacancy of the company: Kelly Services Large foreign company wants to hire Quality manager Responsibilities: I. Managing product quality: Ensuring that product standards are in place, up-to-date and being applied. Quality control of outgoing products in compliance with standards (sanitary, regulatory, sensory...). Overseeing the elaboration and management of quality control plans (raw materials, MICAE, work in progress and finished products). Guaranteeing the reliability of analytical methods and the coherence of results from laboratory. Design and roll-out of effective tools for inspecting and improving quality. Managing the complaints procedure. II. Managing the Quality system: Developing and leading the analysis and risk management system: HACCP, traceability... Implementing a suitable documentary system and its updates and improvements. Set up corrective actions for ongoing improvement of products in terms of quality. Managing internal and external audits (Quality system, certifying bodies, customers...). III. Managing communications on quality performance: Defining, implementing and monitoring quality indicators. Drawing up and communicating balanced scorecards. Implementing on-site quality communication. Alerting line personnel in the event of non-conforming situations. IV. Managing quality competencies: Implementing training programmes for key players in the quality system. Guaranteeing health and safety training for all production personnel, good manufacturing practices, problem-solving methods. V. Team and resource management: Leading teams under their responsibility. Supervising the laboratory manager. Ensuring staff development and recogntition. Set up clear targets and control its execution. Drafting a budget according to the rules. Analysing discrepancies and managing the budget. Justifying investment proposals. Requirements: Masters degree in Agro-processing / Biology / Microbiology / Food technology Extensive experience (3 years minimum) in Quality management in Food industry. Experience in the dairy processing industry would be an advantage. Familiar with quality control concepts and ability in developing creative and innovative ways to improve business processes. Technical regulation in Food Industry. International Quality system requirements such as (ISO, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC). HACCP system principles. Physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory methods of control raw materials and final products. English language - intermediate level Analytical skills Communication skills (written and oral) Initiative and reactive Organizational skills with problem-solving attitude Negotiation skills Time-management skills Orientation for result Attention to details Readiness and ability to work effectively both independently and in teams Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds Education: высшее Working conditions: Interesting and challenging job in an international company; Competitive salary level and bonus; Relocation package; Extended social programs: life insurance, etc. Place of work - republic of Bashkortostan
