We are now looking for Demand Planning and Forecast Manager . Major Accountabilities: (1) Demand planning process Regular monitor stock levels and other relevant KPIs. Calculate demand for replenishment orders and aligns it with Finance Controller, Operational managers, Bex Manager, and other stakeholders. Lead the demand plan in monthly management meeting. Ensure that consensus plan is aligned with all participants. Track inventory risks (damage, shortage, shelf-life), ensure an appropriate accounting of the risks. Lead demand part of the IBP process. Data submission and demand plan presentation in consolidated decks. Reconciliation of volumes data with other financial systems (SAP ERP & DODECA). Maintain the actual demand calculator of stock for the next 24 months. Reconciliation and maintenance of monthly consumption in SAP IBP forecasts. (2) RLBE process support Consolidation of budgets for regular financial forecast process. Data submission and maintenance according to the last actuals & minutes from the management review in the financial system (DODECA). P&L, BS, CF, SG&A templates preparation and submission. DSO, DOH, DPO analysis and forecast. Regular assessment of current opportunities and vulnerabilities scenarios. Justification of business cases assumptions with country finance controller, country manager, and regional stakeholders. (3) Support reporting process Support local organization in forecast process, consolidate information and maintain forecast model in line with the last actuals. Analysis of deviations in projections; identify and drive forecast improvement. Track budget spent commitments; quantify and manage risks and opportunities before month-end. Support month end closure in the corporate systems (SAP, Cadency). Coordinate information among local team, regional HQ, and corporate functions. Manage and maintain correct cost accounting analytics for direct/indirect expenses (cost centers, WBS elements, GL accounts). Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is desirable. Advanced communication skills. Capabilities to interact with people from different cultures. Must have excellent system skills, attitude, and experience, especially with Excel and ERP systems. English – fluent; able to communicate and defend the position.
