Job description: - Monthly financial reporting to the HQ (P&L, BS and other management reports in accordance with German GAAP and Company reporting standards). - Reporting on year-end financial results through the transformation of the Russian financial statements and relevant adjustments (calculation of reserves, restatement of Fixed assets ledger, YE accruals, etc) to German GAAP Consolidation package and supplementary documentation. - Develop and maintain the transformation model of Russian chart of accounts to German GAAP consolidation package, providing compliance with the changes introduced to the German reporting standards (BilRUG project) - Implementation of Monthly reporting package and YE ConsPack in the Company's ERP system following Company guidelines. - Liaisoning with the external and internal auditors on all issues related to interim and year-end results as well as internal controls, policies and procedures. - Management of the Trade Credit insurance policy of the Company including negotiating of the insurance premium and trade credit limits, monthly reporting on the trade debtors position to the insurance company, providing support to the Sales departments on adding new customers to the policy and reviewing the terms for the existing customers. - Compillation and submission of the monthly 12-months Costs and Sales Rolling forecast for the Company, provide Actual vs Forecast/Ambitions/PY reporting and analysis. - Control the daily download of Sales data to Company server for further import to BI/CP-WEB/TN. - Provide support to the General manager on timely preparation of legal documentation required for the Company to conduct the business in Russia (Resolutions of the EMB, Sole participant of the Company, etc) - Monitoring of trade debtors position to ensure timely customers' payments, authorization of deliveries on credit. - Perform monthly/quarterly/annual calculations of the variable part of salaries (bonuses) for the employees with "fixed+variable" salary schemes based on individual targets and actual performance. - Check of trade debtors and creditors contracts to ensure compliance with Company sales and procurement policies. - Authorization of deliveries to the Customers (as a backup to the General Manager and Marketing Director) - Miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks. Key competencies & qualifications: - Good knowledge of Financial instruments and analysis. - GAAP, IAS knowledge. - Ability to work with Russian and European Financial systems. - Skills of accountant. - Analytical skills. - Familiarity with Russian Tax legislation. - Communication and negotiation skills. - Presentation skills. - Effective communication. - Creative thinking. - Team work - Good command of Russian and English. - Computer literacy Terms: - Official competitive salary. - Full-time work in the office. - Comfortable office. - Medical insurance (after successful completion of the trial period)
