Amazon Account / Client Manager - remote or in the office in Kiev We are a business accelerator that offers advertising services to big Amazon brands, helping them to grow their Amazon business and scale it beyond expectations. For that, we have created software to fully automate the efforts in creating and managing advertising on the Amazon platform. Our mission is to assist retail brands to become Whales in their ocean. We work with passionate people to challenge conventional thinking and strive to find new ways to accelerate Amazon Business for our clients. As our company grows and we attract more and more clients, our employees get a real chance to constantly develop their skills and grow as professionals, as well as increase their income. Now we’re looking for a proactive Account / Client Manager who will maintain close communication with our clients and will be a link between them and PPC specialists. You will work with big Amazon brands to support them with updates and information. Required Skills and Experience: Upper-Intermediate English or higher - you will closely work with clients and the PPC specialists on a daily basis. Communication and handling objections skills - you will communicate progress with the clients. Ability to learn quickly that is, you will be interested in doing new courses and training in your field and raising your competencies; Proactivity & initiative - that is, not only can you perform tasks set, but also put forward your own ideas; Problem-solving skills - you will be solving problems during the work and settle Analytical and creative thinking - you can analyze large amounts of data on the one hand and be creative in optimizing your marketing strategy on the other. Will be a plus: Experience working with Jira Experience in working with PPC specialists Deep knowledge in Amazon PPC optimization Your Responsibilities Creating weekly reports. Setting up weekly meetings with clients Developing through marketing recommendations about client’s accounts, products, and niche, as well as entire market and present to a customer. Analyzing corrections of the client data changes with PPC activities Reviewing changes made in ad campaigns and investigates required improvements as well as changes or problems. Tracking product performance in soft and in Amazon to ask for changes if necessary Investigating possibilities and offering coupons, reviews, and deals to customers to improve product competitiveness.
