We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who will join our Technology Department to be part of a 200+ engineers team who create cutting-edge solutions and always raise the bar. This department is focusing on developing products in the trading market, creating solutions from the moment of registration of clients to the moment of withdrawal of funds. Our technologies include solutions that support customer journeys (Identity Management, Billing Management), trading interfaces (FIX, REST, WS, Algo), back-office interfaces (Personal Area, Payment Solutions, Back Office), centers of expertise (QA, DevOps, Security) and technology platforms (Orchestration, internal PaaS / SaaS) and much more. ?? You can choose an appropriate work option remote or relocate to our office based in Limassol, Cyprus. What you will do Together with the team you will construct, develop and maintain a scalable data platform for internal and external clients. This data platform is supposed to have data from a variety of data sources reconciled and measured to prevent data losses and inconsistencies. How you will do it Construct the architecture for data integration solutions and ensure it supports business requirements Develop new data solutions (ETLs, pipelines, integration services, batch and stream processing, enrichment services, etc.) Maintain current data solutions while building a new data platform. Ensure smooth transition from current architecture to target one Build the infrastructure required for optimal data storing, data processing and data provisioning to customers, possibility to work with data (process, transform, merge, doing ad-hocs, calculate) for external teams Prepare datasets from various sources by request Set up monitoring, define SLA’s, analyze metrics for data delivery and processing Develop build-in data reconciliation solution Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements (business cases) Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality We want you to have this Technical skills Database design with massively parallel processing appliances: Vertica, BigQuery, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL and similar Expert structured query language (SQL) knowledge and query optimization Git DVCS Experience with designing and building ETL pipelines Expert skills in at least one backend programming language: Java (is preferable), Go Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kafka Streams and data platform technologies such as ClickHouse, MongoDB, Hadoop, Spark Experience of building scalable high availability analytics solutions You share and cultivate DevOps culture (continuous integration, continuous delivery) and Agile mindset Soft Skills Detail-oriented and passionate about data quality Ability to work with strict deadlines Spoken and written English – intermediate level and fluent Russian You can deal with constructive critics and know how to develop relationships with the team to achieve common goals You are practicing attentive listening and you are on a short leg with persuasion and argument What we offer / Benefits Remote Coverage for local medical insurance purchase Compensation for sports activities Trip to Cyprus office to get to know your Team (once a year) Learning and Development opportunities Co-working expenses compensation Relocate Outstanding relocation package to Cyprus, including visa and migration processing New branded corporate Mini Cooper Countryman S for the employee and the family Medical insurance for employees and immediate family members, Corporate Doctor in the office Additional Optical and Dental coverage Pregnancy support, Additional Newborn coverage and Immunization/Vaccination for children under 24 months Kindergarten/school compensation program Company fitness center for employees and their spouses Parking near the office or a bus pass The best view of the sea from our own roof bar We support the relocation of our candidates and do our best to help them feel good and to be successful in the company!
