About the team Miro is looking for a passionate and innovative thinking Junior Sourcer to join our Talent Team in Perm! You will be an instrumental part in helping grow the company and influence our culture by bringing new talent to our fast-growing team. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide full support in sourcing the right candidates, think of new sourcing strategies, build strong relationships internally and externally, and continuously improve our processes to help and make them better. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline. We have team members in Russia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Sydney, London, Berlin, and Amsterdam which aligns with our company vision to enable collaboration without constraints of geographic locations. What you’ll do Source and attract our next Tech Talent, while being an ambassador of our values and brand Process high volume of candidates’ profiles (mainly using Google spreadsheets), research, keep the data consistent and up-to-date Craft emails, messages, templates and think of other ways of engagement with candidates Contact passive candidates and activate them Help build and promote the Miro employer brand What you’ll need Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experienced user of social media platforms (Telegram, Facebook, VK, Instagram) Experienced user of Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Forms Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Desire to learn and passion for research Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solver Ability to work independently English Upper-Intermediate What’s in it for you Highly competitive salary Professional growth in IT sourcing and recruiting Opportunity to work and grow in a global environment International sourcing and recruiting best tools and practices Teamwork and collaboration in a friendly and supportive atmosphere
