ScienceSoft is looking for Business Analyst experienced in Healthcare We are looking for motivated and driven Business Analyst to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services. At this position you be able to participate in development of high-quality solutions that enable Healthcare industry to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges. Project: This project is all about a Comprehensive Digital Platform to facilitate mobile/digital engagement user experiences and lead potential users through the Workers' Compensation process which is quite challenging in the USA, especially for workers who experience difficulties in English or knowledge of local laws. The mission of Solution is to simplify the worker's claim submission process by facilitating a connected, informed, and simplified experience within a mobile web-based environment. Key features of the app, such as Lookups for Pharmacy, getting the directions, general reviews, live chat, and clinical education library, will improve users' experience even after the first version of the app goes live. As for the future versions, a lot of additional features are assumed, for example, Lookups for Vendors, forms submission, predictive alerts, referral requests, payments, coupons, and so on. The Solution will provide the end-user with informational support in order to improve the claims experience and outcomes. The future solution is to be HIPAA compliant, and Information exchange must be built using the FHIR architecture and HL7v3 formats. Main responsibilities Alongside other key stakeholders such as Sales/Account Managers, Project Managers and Solution Architects, you will: Lead complex Healthcare projects during all stages: presales, initiation, planning, execution, go-live Work closely with business stakeholders, facilitate daily meetings and presentations to identify requirements, share ideas and findings Perform requirements analysis to determine the best solutions, and influence business decisions Document and communicate the results of your efforts Identify and dig into any issue during project execution providing general guidance and necessary leadership to mitigate related risks Proactively and reactively identify improvement opportunities, specially related to standardization of processes and working best practices Required experience and knowledge 3+ years of professional experience in IT Business Analyst position Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills Experience working in a pre-sale environment from solutioning to client communication Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) and IT roles Relevant experience in the healthcare sector (provider, payer, drug development, pharmaceutical) Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, including but not limited to HIPAA Experience with HL7, FHIR, CDA standards and EHR/HIE software Ability to establish effective, accurate, appropriate, and timely communication within teams Attention to detail and time management skills Fluent English We offer: Excelent team of professionals Chance to work hand-to-hand with actual technologies such as Docker containers & Docker compose, Twitter Bootstrap framework, and so on Strong onboarding procedures of big company – you will be mentored, trained and guided to be efficient in your work Best career opportunities High salary and non-material bonus program 25-days of paid vacation 100%-paid sick leave Medical insurance.
