Within the digital transformation strategy, Kyivstar became not only telecommunication services provider, but develops range of non-telco products and services. Products using telco data and Big Data & AI capabilities, are one of the fastest growing in Kyivstar non-telco portfolio. With our Big Data products we are helping hundreds of businesses, municipalities, and government authorities: to manage risks (risk scoring and antifraud products); to evaluate client/partner potential (credit scoring); to communicate with existing and potential customers (targeting products); to grow the business and prioritize investments with geo analytics and location potential; to target customers in Digital (banners, apps, video, DOOH) combining with traditional telco channels SMS, VoiceBot, Viber, Facebook); to integrate deeply in the business processed with data API’s; to educate people in Data Science with Kyivstar BigData school; as well, as solving multiple Data & AI challenges for Kyivstar itself. The basis for Big Data products success is Data management platform (DMP) based on Big Data technologies, Hadoop ecosystem and Cloud computing platforms. Built with open source technologies and fully internal development and delivery team. DMP handles billions of records daily, processing and storing petabytes of data. DMP delivers value for internal Kyivstar use as well as for external business clients and utilizes on the edge big data, complex event processing and machine-learning technologies. So, we are looking for a leader of Big Data products team — Head of Big Data Products to join our team. Key Expectation and Responsibilities: Creating and executing Big Data products strategy; Managing multiple E2E product teams; Building a mature product delivery and product life-circle management processes; Building relationship with internal and external stakeholders; Setting vector for Big Data technology development; Responsible for the Big Data revenues and budgets; Managing R&D for new potential product niches and new markets. Required Skills: 5+ years in Product Development / Product Delivery as Product Owner, Delivery Manager, Head of R&D; 3+ years of team management experience in IT/Product Delivery/R&D; Proven set of records in delivering Digital products; Experience in Data, Analytics and Data Science (AI) areas will be advantage; Product/Project management certification will be advantage.
