Working in appflame – opportunity to develop your skills in special conditions, where the spirit of a startup, customized processes without bureaucracy and a team of your people are compatible. We develop our own products in a social network/lifestyle. Our products operate primarily in Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and are in the Top 5 App Store rankings in their categories. Your tasks will be: a growing pool of new affiliates; finding new traffic sources; promoting our product and expanding market with our offers; proactively identify interesting new opportunities for the business by staying close to the industry (research, read, scout, spy, travel); intensive analysis of ROI on marketing campaigns and optimization; generate and develop business relationships with an effective approach that maximises both revenue and profitability, working to support agreed sales targets; ability to demonstrate successful achievement in hitting KPIS in previous roles would be an advantage. What we expect from you: you can speak and write English at C1 level; an excellent negotiator with a proven sales background (recommended); comfortable with continually seeking new clients; organized, with experience building a client acquisition funnel; independent and capable of creating your own resources (with help from other teams); communicative, self-motivated, team-oriented (you are a “people person”). Comfortable steps: recruiter's message, interview, test task, final interview, job offer. On your first day HR Manager will meet you, she'll introduce you to the company and team, take a tour of the office and answer all your questions.
