On behalf of our client, production company (agribusiness), we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position Chief Financial Officer (Ukraine/Russia and Poland region). Requirements: University degree in Accounting, Finance; 10+ years experience in finance in total From 5 years working experience as CFO/Finance Director in international company; Experience in a production is a must; Business partner mindset Fluent English Preferable SAP knowledge Preferable production and/or agro business Experience with internal control/audit is a plus Ability and willingness to travel frequently (2x per month minimum) Readiness to relocate in Kharkiv or Chernigiv. Responsibilities: Accounting & Consolidation Manage Company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, treasury, working capital in line with Group requirements. Oversee maintenance of the organization's general ledger and related accounting practices, including payables, receivables, inventories and fixed assets. Manage legal risk within the business by providing legal advice to regional leadership team on all legal matters. Instruct and assist external legal partners where necessary identifying potential legal risks and assessing the issues impacting legal risk, which ensures that all of the business’s risk management approaches are viable. Supporting the General Manager for proper corporate interactions with the relevant local and state governmental bodies, establishing a high level of credibility and managing strong working relationships with external bodies. Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met. Controlling Industrial and supply-chain performance financial monitoring and controlling. Contribute to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers. Provides economic analyses, studies, and counsel on all matters of potentially significant financial impact to Region, including pricing, cash flow, profitability evaluation and risk management. Analyse the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future Lead special projects such as the economic evaluation of divestitures or acquisitions, financial effectiveness of internal operations, and product/profit performance. Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs. Cash management & treasury functions IT Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by Group IT department. Lead SAP projects, ensure its efficient implementation and usage. Company offers: Competitive compensation package, benefit package and relocation package etc.
