Обязанности:
Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, set up and technical support operations within the company; Participates in the transposition of information flows and processes in the company, in IT&C requirements and specifications; understands the organisation's strategies and identifies available or adaptable IT&C solutions; Studies, knows, understands and analyses technological trends in the IT&C industry; works in team with other experts for the selection, adaptation, design, integration of the most convenient IT&C solutions within the company; Designs, selects, adapts, sets up, develops, tests, implements, integrates IT&C solutions: makes the most convenient solutions available to employees and the organisation's management depending on the specific nature of the activities performed and the expected results; Applies the IT&C technical standards in force and the specific requirements of the organisation (company, institution), as they derive from the activities performed; Adapts existing programs and equipment configurations (along with application developers and hardware specialists) so that new IT&C solutions or those changed and adapted ones increase the organisation's performance (better products or services, higher work productivity, better specific working conditions, simplified operations and works, etc.); Collaborates with all functional departments of the unit, providing support in the use of information technologies in the current activity; is up to date with the real hardware and software requirements and needs of each department, and their current degree of coverage and support; Informs the users (employees, management) about new facilities, configurations, technologies, products emerged, and whose use could improve the quality of the products and/or services that are covered by the organisation's business; Organises user training sessions, corresponding to the new technological solutions implemented or to be implemented; Identifies, plans and schedules the activities of maintenance / periodic overhaul / software and hardware upgrade, in order to avoid accidental crashes of these systems; Intervenes promptly in case of failure of IT systems, in view of resuming their operation as fast as possible; Responsible for maintaining a good level of technical performance of the company's operating activities, as well as for the systematic improvement of equipment, according to novelties emerging on the market; Ensures the protection and security of the computer network against destructive or disruptive actions from the internal or external environment, Organises the smooth running of the network according to the functional principles of data security levels; Regularly saves the entire data system of the network, when this is permitted, in order to ensure the retrieval of information in case of need; Administers and manages access rights to the company's computer applications, takes measures to protect information against unauthorised access.
