The latter was launched to build an institutional business on its existing strengths in the Russian markets, and since June 2012, offers prime services and global markets business lines to institutional clients in Russia and internationally. We offer services to institutional clients worldwide through major hubs located in Russia, Cyprus, UK and USA: Russia, Novosibirsk / Moscow — BCS Financial Group, operational since1998 Cyprus — BCS (Cyprus) Ltd European licensed broker, member of the LSE, operational since 2004 UK, London — BCS Prime Brokerage Ltd (UK), licensed in June 2013 USA, New York — BCS Americas Inc., operational since 2016 Our geographical presence allows us to combine the provision of legal protection for our clients while offering a variety of financial products. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will participate in delivery of business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, development, testing and deployment tasks. Main duties: carry out business analysis to reveal detailed requirements and design cost-effective solutions mostly related to trading activities identify the processes required to introduce the designed solutions create new processes and improve the existing ones to support implemented changes communication and coordination with business customer, IT team, 3rd parties and others stakeholders at all stages of product development consider opportunities and potential risks attached to the implementation of designed solutions participation in solutions acceptance and post go live support (quality control, testing, fixing and fine tuning of systems and processes) preparing product materials and consulting internal customer on existing products Essential Skills: experience in business or system analysis previous experience in investment bank/broker higher technical/mathematical/economical education strong knowledge of investment products excellent written and verbal communication skills (Russian and English) Soft Skills: extremely structured and logical thinker focus on result effective team player with strong interpersonal skills problem solver, continuously looking for improvement areas pro-activity, responsibility and commitment, ability for good self- and team management Terms: competitive compensation medical insurance bonuses by results of work the cafe and canteen inside the office 3 paid days additionally to your vacaction days total compliance with all legal requirements office location near m.
