Job purpose Develop and apply unit strategy and the implementation of the global business plan. Support the implementation of the global Strategy and create a strategic direction aligning with Business and Functional units requirements. Support to manage Business intelligence to analyze, identify and report Market Intelligence in Russia level in a time and quality fashion. Responsibilities: Design and implement a strategy process, planning, governance tools and concepts; Understand Business & Functional units requirement and support them with needed market intelligence to drive strategy deployment initiatives; Acting as business consultant driving concrete strategy tasks for the business; Strengthen the strategy process from strategy development to following up on progress and reporting on the realization of the strategy; Create an overview of the strategic initiatives in Grundfos Russia to drive change; Evaluate the ongoing requirements to realize and upgrade relevant strategy; Work closely with China, India and USA strategy team to identify the synergies, jointly work on shared initiatives and market intelligence work; Support Business intelligence to analyze, identify and report Market Intelligence in Country level in a time and quality fashion; Keep monitoring of Russia macro market trend evolvement and propose business impact to relevant stakeholders; Proactively engage internal resource for successful business and strategy intelligence projects delivery; Provide intelligence support to strategy development and deployment; Support resource buildup to optimize and expand intelligence pool; Support the development of global product marketing intelligence projects and solutions in Russia. Requirements: Master degree in business administration; 6-8 years experience in management consulting or industry specific consulting or B2B MNC environment; Experience managing defined processes within Strategy Development; Experience working in a large international environment is strongly preferred; Solid knowledge of the plan, processes and activities within the functional area in Strategy Development; Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including good command of English language (both written and spoken); Good business acumen including confidence with financial considerations, excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and comfort working in both sales and operational environments; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide network of individuals e.g. coworkers, managers, as well as other internal & external stakeholders; Innovative and strategic thinker; Can lead the design and deployment for both quantitative and qualitative research; Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Strategy Development area.
