An international consulting company urgently needs a training instructor! Hello, my name is Lada Monka, I am the Head of Consulting Division in the American office of Visotsky Consulting. We help to develop small and medium-sized businesses by increasing the competencies of their owners in the management of the company. Thanks to our technologies, more than 2,000 entrepreneurs around the world were able to take their companies to a new level, open new directions and find free time to devote to personal development and family. Right now in New York, we are providing an online version of our educational and consulting products for business owners and are looking for strong individuals to join our team. We need a person with shining eyes, with a desire to develop, and ready to stand at the origins of the formation of our office in the United States. We want to grow further, so we really need strong people who are ready to learn and educate clients. As a result of the project, the owners implement a management system in their companies and build a well-coordinated and effective team of managers. Your tasks and responsibilities within this program will be: help clients to understand the training material; focus on the final result: a student (in our case, a business owner) must be able to apply the knowledge gained in practice; motivate participants to complete training on time; perform administrative work related to the position (fill out training records, participate in company meetings, etc.) continuously improve your qualifications as an instructor IMPORTANT! All the materials that the instructor uses are the know-how of the company. Before delivering to clients, the instructor must study and pass this material with a mentor.
