This position is remote work and is open to anywhere in the world. You must be able to speak business English. A psychology focused startup company, Sobaki Pavlova, is looking for a Content Marketing Intern. We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, contribute to our social media, and to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This posting will lead to a full-time or part time position; build your career with us. This position is part of our Senior Student, Recent Graduate, and Career Change internship program. This program consists of 4 months of partially paid internship, followed by 8 months of a part time position, and if desired a full time position one year after your starting date. We are committed to growing talent. Responsibilities: Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.). Blog/post on an ongoing basis to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers. Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests. Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day. Requirements: A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions. You must be able to write copy efficiently and effectively in Russian. The ability to write copy in English and or Spanish is highly desirable. Must be fluent in Russian. Must have B1 English or above. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Udmurt, or Korean helpful. Compensation: First four months of employment (Partially Paid Internship) 25 Hours / Week Base Monthly Salary: ?8000 (275 BYN) Next eight months of employment (Part Time - Content Marketing Specialist) 25 Hours / Week Base Monthly Salary: ?25 000 (850 BYN) Annual Performance Bonus: ?88 000 (3 000 BYN) After one year of employment (Full Time - Content Marketing Specialist) Full Time Base Monthly Salary: ?52 000 (1 750 BYN) Annual Performance Bonus: ?150 000 (5 000 BYN) Paid Vacation Awesome Co-workers Awesome Work Culture Work from home and live anywhere
