The vacancy is opened at JSC KPMG. Senior Specialist / Supervisor in L&D, Technical skills, Qualifications We are looking for a senior team member to manage junior team-members, devise qualifications training plans, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Candidate responsibilities will include responsibility for communication with associations, external providers, internal trainers’ team and representatives of BU’s. Backgrounds in professional functions in Big 4 is preferred. Responsibilities: Organization and implementation of educational process for KPMG employees in accordance with policies and business needs, evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness and quality control of trainings Managing junior team members (at least three persons) including remote employees Control and execution over documentation workflow for qualifications (including database in 1C) Qualifications budget preparation and execution Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment used for internal exams Interaction and communication with: a) Providers on tendering, contracting, issuing and checking invoices, b) Associations on all issues related to the current licenses of the company, the initial registration of students and further steps of employees for obtaining qualification. c) Heads of business units on all issues related to the acquisition of qualifications by employees of a particular unit. d) KPMG qualifications members on qualifications maintenance issues e) Employees on obtaining / maintaining qualifications Reporting regarding: availability of certificates of employees of the company / progress on training at the request of other departments Organization and optimization of processes within the group. Requirements Upper-Intermediate English Experience of team-management (min. 3 employees) at least 1 year Good organizational and teamwork skills
