JOB SUMMARY The Senior Accountant in Minsk will be responsible for general cost accounting and HR record management, as well as other duties related to support the Global Finance and Accounting function. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting functions supporting the office and employees including both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, monthly payroll processing, weekly bank account reconciliations, prepare accurate and timely documents, understand accounting and internal control best practices and procedures, have strong analytical skills, and be responsible for closing the local accounting books as well as required governmental reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTING: Perform General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and General Ledger reconciliation for monthly accounting close; Monthly payroll processing with required reporting and related remittances; Reconciles cash disbursement and other financial accounts; Verify and complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are charged to the appropriate accounts; Weekly reconcile bank accounts, verify deposits, address inquiries from banks, vendors and international staff members; Responsible for timely and accurate monthly closing of local accounting books and reporting to Controller of significant variances; Responsible for timely reporting for High Tech Park and local governmental authorities PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND OTHER DUTIES Assist with issuing and filing of employee contracts including Military reporting Manage the whole range of documents ( employee workbooks, diplomas, etc.), Full cycle of HR records keeping Manage the purchasing of office inventory Maintain knowledge of accounting and internal control practices and procedures. Execute Ad Hoc reporting by request REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment MS Office proficiency Experience in HTP reporting DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience with NetSuite is preferred Knowledge of US GAAP accounting would be a plus COMPETENCIES Fluent in English (written and verbal) Excellent analytical skills Highly organized with strong time management skills Self-motivation and autonomy Why it would be awesome to work with us PERKS Competitive Salary At Inspectorio, we only work with the best of the best.
