Responsibilities: Documentary and legal support when opening a company representative office Legal examination of Russian and international treaties and other necessary documents for use in the international market, including in English; Submission of proposals for the elimination of inconsistencies with Russian and international legislation and / or the interests of the Company identified during the examination of draft agreements; Participation in negotiations with the company's counterparties, official correspondence, oral agreement; Monitoring the legislation of the European Union, the United States and arbitration practice in the field of labor, corporate and international law; Reflection of relevant changes in model contracts and methodological documents of a legal nature, in local acts of the company affecting its activities; Providing methodological assistance to heads of departments on the preparation and conclusion of contracts and other documents on labor and corporate issues; Analytical work: monitoring local and foreign legislation on a given issue, writing analytical reports; Representing the interests of the company in state and other authorities; Minimization of legal risks and negative legal consequences of the company's financial and economic activities; Reporting Requirements: Higher legal education Proven work experience in large international companies for at least 5 years; English - Advanced (Required!)
