Job summary: He supervises the activity of Painting and Insulation construction contractors to ensure compliance with the established construction schedule and project requirements. Duties: Cooperates in the definition and updating of the Painting and Insulation construction plans and schedule for the activities of his competence. Verifies, prior to beginning of work , the availability and adequacy of the materials and drawings to be delivered to the construction contractors, in accordance with the construction plan and considering the obligations of construction contracts. Coordinates and instructs the construction contractor's work execution, consistently with the other works in progress , ensuring compliance with applicable specifications. Supervises the measurement of the quantity of work executed by the construction contractor, and monitors the progress and the compliance with the established schedule. Evaluates the construction contractor's work capability according to the programs to be implemented, and promotes corrective actions, where necessary. Supervises the proper execution of inspections, in accordance with the Field Quality Control Plan and job specifications and verifies the adequacy of results. Solves the cases of nonconformity, where necessary Updates, where necessary, the schedule of the work assigned to the construction contractor. Points out to the management any problems or deviations which cannot be solved by him, proposing possible solutions. Gives assistance to the management in the discussions with the employer's representatives, where necessary. Coordinates with internal discipline supervisors for smooth execution of the work. Checks the progress reports to be submitted by the construction contractors . Requirements: 5 years or more experience in Painting and Insulation operations; Higher education; Working English; MS Office package; Prior experience in a supervisory role; Ability to interact with all levels of the workforce; Ability to motivate and drive productivity among the work force using sound human relation skills; Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Conditions: Working for one of the largest Oil&Gas construction projects of federal importance; 56/21 rotation, 6 days working week, 10 hours working day (2 hours lunch break); Room and workplace in a Construction site camp; 100% official salary, compensation of travel expenses, official employment, fixed term extendable labor contract; Private medical insurance, provision of PPE & PC; Highly professional international team.
