We have a strong culture, and everyone who joins our team must feel genuinely intrigued and motivated by our mission. Responsibilities: Routing lies at the heart of our G***o platform. This is the function that decides in the moment which of our rapidly growing network of print houses and logistics partners is best placed to receive a customer order, produce and ship the finished product to the final destination. Our algorithm balances speed, quality and travel distance (amongst other factors) to find the smartest route for each of our millions of orders. The algorithm finds not only great results for our customers, but also controls volume and stock at our production partners to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency. As Product Manager for the G***o Routing team, you will define the product strategy, roadmap and drive the execution with a team of experienced and motivated engineers to scale our routing algorithms and support G***o operations and expansion around the world. This is a complex, analytical, multi-dimensional space, requiring some serious skills, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team and drive our operations to world-class standards. Requirements: This is a key role within the G***o team, and we are seeking a skilled product manager who can help us both shape strategy and to execute against a bold and aggressive roadmap to support G***o rapidly scaling business operations. You will be an inspiring leader and team member, equally comfortable engaging in the detail with engineering teams and analysts across G***o as you are working with partners, customers and leaders around the business to drive our routing platform to new heights. You are committed to excel with energy and endurance, and you understand that helping to build a company is hard but satisfying work. You have a passion, and the stamina for building great services and technology, superior communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail. You have a graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar with a strong academic performance from a top tier university. You have 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in search algorithm development, data science, machine learning, AI gained in a high volume platform environment. You are robustly analytical, with a bias for objective measurement, facts and reasoning You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details in a rapidly scaling environment. You have a comfort with ambiguity, and can turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into solid action plans You communicate effectively with empathy and exceptional precision, whether to engineers, customers or senior management Conditions: ??????Building a company is hard work.
