Kearney is a global team of forward-thinking, collaborative partners that delivers immediate, meaningful results and long-term transformative advantage to clients. We are looking for a new team member for the position of an Accountant (a temporary 1-year replacement during employee’s maternity leave with an oppotunity to get full-time position in case of good performance). Summary of the position: You will be involved in the finance activity of two legal entities (Russian and Ukraine). Perform all accounting activities and day-to-day sub-ledger bookings (WIP, AR, AP, TE, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Transactions, cash, payroll) Intercompany documents preparation (Invoices, Acts of Acceptance, reports) and communication with intercompany related parties IEM - Expense reports auditor; final review and controlling to ensure compliance with internal policy and local law, responding to employees’ requests / questions on daily basis - emails, telephones Cooperation with external suppliers and clients regarding the payments, invoices, contracts and other primary documents Cash forecast reports preparation Cooperation with external accounting, manage month-end accounts reconciliation (IFRS vs local statutory) Support accounting team in other activities Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies as well as regulatory and statutory requirements Candidate Profile: Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or an advanced degree Required Knowledge: Very good knowledge of Russian accounting standards and IFRS Very good understanding of accounting software and systems (SAP, 1S) Excellent knowledge of English in addition to local language (level of English will be reviewed during interview process) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in international company Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical, numerical and structural skills Great communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint Ability to work independently, achieve consensus and drive action through to completion Self-driven, highly motivated who understands the implications of collaborating in a truly international environment A willingness to look at the detail where necessary but able to provide clear advice on the bigger picture We offer: Work in an international, success driven team in a multinational company Collaborative environment with high opportunities to learn and develop 1 year labour contract with an option to obtain another position in the firm if available and the candidate proves him-/herself Competitive salary Mobile phone and expenses coverage 31 vacation days Covered sick leaves (10 days are 100% paid) Voluntary Medical Insurance
