Maire Tecnimont Group is an industrial leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the top-ranking worldwide engineering contractors. Tecnimont is responsible for the implementation of Utilities, Infrastructure & Offsite Facilities for one of the three packages of the Amurski Gas Processing Plant Project, in the Amur region, located in East Russia. Camp coordinator, ALC supports the organization of the camp and coordinates staff and participants, helping to develop the timetable, maintaining camp equipment, assigning tasks, overseeing daily operations, organizing activities, and ensuring health and safety of the entire community. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage a facility budget, maintain inventories including weekly inventories of supplies and equipment, monitor the surplus and overspending; Supervise and manage staff and sub-contractors to perform daily responsibilities and assist with the set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of camp equipment; Manage all purchases/procurement through SAP package; Ensure that camp buildings and mechanical systems are clean and properly maintained; Ensure that building repairs and maintenance of such equipment as furnaces and hot water heaters, sewage pump system, water pumps system and electrical system, etc., are carried out on a systematic basis. Ensure the safe operation of camp vehicles, equipment, and appliances by facilities staff; Develop and follow annual work plans and schedules for property and holdings of the camp; Order maintenance supplies and check deliveries, manage invoices; Other duties, as identified by the Camp Manager. Qualification: University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent. Requirements: Native Russian speaker; Fluent English; Excellent IT and analytical skills; Good organizational skills and accuracy; Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution; Attention to detail, strong communications and interpersonal skills. Experience: Experience in management and supervision of camps and facilities; Five (5) years of relevant field experience; EPC experience in the construction of Large/XL Gas processing plants; Similar role covered at least in last three projects, of comparable size; Experience working on the Contractor side. Terms: Competitive salary package with benefits; Single status; Full board and accommodation on-site; Rotational travels in economy class. Due to language barrier please submit CV in English.
