The company's insurance services are available to customers through a network of our partners: retail banks, captive automotive banks and car manufacturers. CARDIF has been operating in Russia since 2007. The head office of the company is located in Moscow. The CARDIF team of employees is inspired by the idea of ‘transparent and understandable insurance’ and is aiming the highest standards both in cooperation with partners and in customer service. CARDIF has to transform the business model by switching from traditional insurance to service and product support of the customer experience in auto sector, banks and during purchasing and ownership of housing. Such transition requires products and services transparent and convenient for clients and technologically implemented with use of digital technologies and data analytics. You will be successful here if you have: Preference in achieving results rather than be fine in doing never ending process without result Entrepreneurial mindset and inherent optimism Independent and outgoing personality and outstanding interpersonal collaboration skills Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and proficiency at working with large data sets Good project management skills and brilliant stress resilience Huge desire to go extra mile and to think out of the box to achieve the best results Passion for building and maintaining long-team relationships with team members, colleagues from other departments and from CARDIF offices all over the world Your Main Tasks: Reserves calculation and preparation of actuarial reporting Key role in actuarial projects (IFRS17, new data warehouse, budgeting and forecasting process automation) Optimization and automation of actuarial daily processes (reporting preparation, reserves calculation) Interaction with Actuarial team in Head Office What you bring to the table: Higher education (degree in mathematics or economics), additional actuarial courses or education is a plus 5+ years of proven experience within the insurance industry or BIG4 as an actuary At least Upper-Intermediate level of English Advanced SQL programming skills and ability to work with MS SQL database is a must Experience with Python programming and BI (QlikView) is a plus
