IT Recruitment Team Leader / Head of Recruitment / Head of Talent Acquisition Attention! Great opportunity for those who want to start new life in 2021. 2Relocate Ltd (EU HQ company with distributed development etc. Team from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Poland) looking for IT Recruitment Team Leader / Head of Recruitment / Head of Talent Acquisition with minimum of 5+ years of work experience in IT Recruitment to join 2Relocate, who willing and be able to support our existing Global Customers and scale our existing Team of IT Researchers & Recruiters up to 20+ people and help us to create IT Platform (own product) till July 2021 (product MVP in development). This is Fulltime position with opportunity to become a Partner after 6-7 months of effective work together (achieved KPI), system of earning is individual and depending on experience. Preferred qualifications: Successful work experience in organizations of various sizes - from startups to large companies with a complex structured business (minimum of 100 people); 5+ years of experience building recruitment teams for IT business; Recruitment team’s creation, motivation, training and coaching; Proven experience in IT Recruitment & talent acquisition and creating motivated product teams that are able to work energetically and productively in the context of mutual support and compromise to achieve practical results and solve problems; Experience in the position of the Recruitment Team leader or Lead Recruiter or Head of the Recruitment department of a large outsourcing or product IT company at least 3 years; Wide experience and skills in design and implement Recruitment strategies and processes for CIS market, backed by great analytical skills and deep understanding of business from all sides; Ability to impartially analyze complex issues and propose alternative solutions. Always open for the mutual exchange of knowledge and ideas; Ability to serve as a source of knowledge to the hiring managers to bring best solutions related for IT Talents Recruitment; Solid understanding of Headhunting strategies & tactics and best practices; Experience at all stages of IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: creation of applications for hiring IT specialists, work with internal and external Hiring Managers & Top managers, creating a stream of candidates (lead generation) - passive and active recruitment, stages of selection and selection of the best candidates, selection interviews, checking the words of candidates and their recommendations, Job offers plus the date of the employee's departure to work, etc.; Management experience of recruitment department from 10+ people minimum, real experience in building product teams of 50+ people; Professional knowledge of the IT market and IT companies of Belarus, Ukraine, Russia. Poland, Bulgaria, Israel will be a plus; You are a person of entrepreneurial thinking who knows thoroughly how a modern IT company works, without being tied to a classic outsourcing or IT product; Perfect time management & Project management skills; Two higher educations are required, one of which is technical, specialized or psychology (the ability to document it), Master's degree or MBA will be a plus; Proficiency in written and spoken English, at least Upper Intermediate, Advanced will be a plus, additional foreign languages - will be a plus; Recommendations from the last three jobs are required; Work at the last job for at least 2-3 years (we do not consider grasshoppers); Work experience with international Hiring Managers & Customers; Experience in implementing CRM systems for recruiting, for building effective communications and project management processes; Professional Experience in writing of vacancies and posting them on Job Boards, Social networks, websites etc.; You have read the book «Who. solve your #1 problem» by Geoff Smart many times & it’s one of your favorite table books. If you have it, you will definitely find common ground with the founders of the company. Preferred qualifications: Headhunting and IT Recruitment (with focus on active recruitment); Recruitment strategy & processes development and implementation; Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions; Talent acquisition & Company Growth. Purpose of work in position: Identify talents necessary for our company and our international customers (USA, Canada, UK, Cyprus, Germany and Switzerland, Poland, Scandinavian countries); Conduct professional negotiations in order to clarify needs and maintain and develop relationships with key customers; Acting as a single point of the contact for the executive management team & hiring managers to bring best solutions in IT talents recruitment; Prioritizing hiring plans / job positions together with hiring managers of our customers; Selection of the most suitable candidates for the requirements of customers and creating conditions for new employees to pass trial periods of at least 3 months; Professional work with the external and internal labor market; Focus on active recruitment and headhunting (not job boards); Working with internal staff; Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.; Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications; Check the knowledge of the English language; Provide appropriate, supportive supervision, and ongoing feedback on employee performance; Focus on developing and implementing practices for people who are already in the team; Be the creator and ambassador of Recruitment; Provide well-documented Recruitment analytical reports (metrics) to the CEO & Founders of the company.
