Description ForwardPMX provides cutting-edge multilingual digital marketing for some of the world’s most prestigious brands including Matches Fashion, Autodesk, Hilton Hotels. We’re also one of the largest independent digital marketing agencies in the world, headquartered in London and New York with 20 other offices around the world including Paris, New York, Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo. Role The role involves cultivating relationships with - and between - key customers and customer groups including active community members, user group leaders, industry groups and partner organisations. It involves developing and refining social content and communications, engaging with audiences across platforms, and circulating on-the-ground insights from the local market, to both local and global creative content teams. Responsibility • Cultivate relationships with - and between - key customers and customer groups including active community members, user group leaders, industry groups and partner organisations • Concept and collaborate with creative and social teams, including creative directors, social media strategists and multimedia production managers • Able to respond to community engagements across social channels, leveraging engaging copy, visuals, short videos and copy, with an entrepreneurial approach to expanding our clients brand’s influence and impact • Focus on a journalistic approach - writing and editing, considering shifting media trends and ways to maximize our contribution to global and local narratives • Ensure that the content across all social platforms meets the highest standards of editorial excellence and continues the Company’s voice as a leading brand, with consistent taste and tone. • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, journalists and talent and look leverage those relationships for organizational goals, pertaining to both content and collaborations • Scout for local entrepreneurs, personalities and influencers to engage with the brand and become active partners, hosting events, contributing contents etc. • Monitor online sentiment and provide creative teams insight into local market trends and audience engagement to continually improve and refine social creative content.
