One of our biggest Clients (International EPC Company) is looking for HSE Specialist. Responsibilities: Establish the HSE management plan for the sake of loss prevention of the site; Plan for and perform the site HSE management program; Plan for and implement the site HSE & security training programs; Check and improve the hazardous construction work conditions; Check compliance of project activities with legal environmental requirements; Manage occupational health, workers’ health examination; Establish an emergency action plan including mitigation and remediation measures; Investigate the cause of accident, establish preventive countermeasures and report the result office and local governmental authorities concerned; Establish the emergency response plan for major accidents and provide the training and the result report; Record and keep the statistics of accident reports; Provide the HSE security equipment and personal protective equipment; Provide the plans for hazardous material handling; Support discipline supervisors in performing their job safety; On regular basis, perform site HSE inspections to find any inappropriate practice. Inform assigned responsible persons to take necessary measures to correct discrepancies, and assure that corrective action is followed up; Responsible for ensuring that Project HSE Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for their purposes and use for which they are intended; Establish Permit working System and manage and train relevant personnel; Requirements: Higher education Compliance to set up processes and guidelines Strong computer skills Ability to work with large volumes of data Stress resistance Ability to work both independently and in team Accuracy and responsible attitude Relevant experience more than 5 years English language – fluent Conditions: Location: Svobodny, Amur region 6/1, 56 hours a week Travel and accommodation expenses are compensated Contract until 30.07.2021
