Our company is looking for a project manager for an international company that specializes in agricultural building complexes and equipment for storing, cleaning, drying and receiving cereals, seed lines, feed lines and factories. Key functions and responsibilities: To be international company responsible for projects implementation at each stage after the project hand over from the sales team. To get acquainted with all the paragraphs of supply contracts and keep control over the possible risks involved. To obtain a maximum knowledge of plant details. To make sure that unclarified matters in connection with the project are clarified in due time by contacting International company Project Manager or others who are responsible for clarification. To communicate and agree all details with the customer To know the scope of documentation international company has to provide to the customer (technical passports for equipment, dozvils, etc) needed for project execution, be responsible for the documentation preparation and submission to the customer in due time To follow up delivery time, scope and time for the documentation submission, according to each individual Supply Contract. To make sure that materials, drawings, technical documentation etc. are at site in due time, and to check these things. To follow up customs procedure and prepare needed documents To make planning and coordinate delivery of the equipment with civil works, supervision and commissioning To plan needed manpower (supervisors) for the project execution To control supervisors performance at site To participate in – and be in charge for planning and holding the site meetings including making memorandum of meetings In case of turn key projects be responsible for the project economy and place orders with Ukrainian sub-suppliers To control the drawing and documentation material. To be responsible for signing of Acceptance reports with the customer To develop after sales service To submit activity reports to the superior (director of Ukrainian entity) Qualifications and requirements: Higher technical education Work experience in project management during construction of the grain storage plants, seed plants for 3 years or more. English – higher intermediate level and knowledge of technical English. Skills in work with project drawings programs Reporting to: Director of Ukrainian entity and country manager The company provides: Official employment; Competitive salary level; Business trips.
