The position of Operations Specialist is open in Vladivostok branch Key responsibilities: -You will be in constant contact with customers and vendors responsible for all inland related transport processes; -Actively engage with customer service and intermodal vendors to find workable solutions and timely resolution of transport related issues; -Take ownership of standart and proactive reporting, ensuring a reliable and positive inland customer experience; -Display high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize time-critical issues; -Capture the voice of customer and use it to provide feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery levels; -Close work with intermodal vendors; -Intermodal cost control; -Timely update of systems and close control of containers door delivery Requirements: The ideal candidate is a driven fast learner, with a positive attitude who shows initiative and take ownership over customer’s cases, enjoy challenges. You should have excellent communication skills. You are able to keep cool head and a customer approach while getting things done. You are able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details. We value the ability to identify improvement areas, take actions and implement appropriate solutions. The perfect Candidate has experience from Logistics. We expect that you are a strong team player able to prioritize workload in order to meet all required deadlines, while also able to work independently. Knowledge of Russian and English is required. Russian native speaker
