Duties & Responsibilities Executing all day-to-day activities regarding customer order management (order taking, processing, billing, returns) if applicable Ensuring of supply chain and customer order management activities are in line with regulations and in compliance with corporate and regional guidelines Managing and optimizing of all processes from outbound logistics to customers if applicable Improving customer service performance and management, providing operational support and line management to representative Leading the implementation and ensure execution in line with BI's customer contact strategy at (R)OPU level Ensuring standard process executions in customer service to Ensure efficiency gains Order management process Identifying logistics improvements and CI, and coordinate gain-share opportunities with 3PL providers Managing operations with 3PLs on a day-to-day basis (e.g goods receipt and release) Managing the local logistics and distribution in line with best practices and regulatory requirements in alignment with the quality assurance team Managing the inbound part (shipments from RCV) to warehouse distribution and customs processes Coordinating inventory reconciliation, identifying any variance and resolving stock issues Directly responsible for the process and documentation of goods destructions For this position we offer an interesting salary package considering your expertise and personal competencies as well as your professional experience.
