The responsibilities in this role will include: 1. Ensuring the development of a site identification and selection process for prospective projects / assets to be included into the project portfolio 2. Organize the process of market research and selection of projects and strategic assets that can be included in the current business portfolio, conducting the final negotiations within due diligence of prospective projects / assets 3. Supervision, coordination and management control over the whole process of assessment and development of prospective projects from pre-design stage up to implementation stage (financial close and start of construction; including competitive tendering in an auction scheme for renewable energy projects) 4. Organization and supervision of all business analysis functions in the company, including market research, business modelling, new technologies monitoring 5. Management of the innovation unit for the development of concepts and implementation of pilot projects for decentralised energy generation and storage solutions and market integration of renewable energy sources 6. Supervision of governmental relations of the company to ensure professional interaction at all levels of executive and legislative government in line with company’s objectives 7. Organization of the process of development, monitoring and updating of the corporate strategy based on internal and external challenges and possibilities 8. Attraction, development and on the job training of staff to ensure development of the necessary skills and competencies, especially to enable staff to assume responsibility of a project development manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have: 1. University degree in technical (power)/ economic/ finance disciplines. Second degree is an advantage. 2. Certificates from advanced training in the job discipline: Project management in power industry. International programs in the field of financial and investment analysis and / or planning 3. Work experience in a similar position of technical project development of at least 5 years 4. Experience in financial and investment analysis, financial modeling 5. Experience in international contract negotiation 6. Experience in managing and developing highly skilled project management staff 7. Proficiency in English at advanced level is an essential requirement 8. Strong communication, leadership and management skills; capability and determination to manage and accomplish realization of complex projects in time and budget in a dynamic and fast changing work environment 9. Strong structural and process work flow management capability 10. Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs (Power Point, Excel, MS-Project)
