Essential Dairy & Plant-based division (EDP) produces and markets fermented fresh dairy products. In Russia we have 16 modern plants to produce our key brands – Danone, Prostokvashino, Activia, Actimel, Danissimo. At Danone, our purpose is to favour healthier eating practices, and we believe this can only be achieved by considering food in the broader sense: a cultural, social, emotional and physiological experience, where both nutrition and enjoyment play a key role to sustaining health. Finance department is in charge of budgeting process in Danone. This team works with large data volumes to find the best option for Danone to be efficient on the markets of Russia & CIS. That’s not easy but it’s never boring! In this role you will: • Modeling and approval of Commercial terms for NKA; • Commercial terms controls and support, business cases creation and estimation • Promo plan validation; • Anticipate pricing, promo, trading terms risks & develop mitigation plan; • Support month end closing process, including accruals verification, preparation of information on specific reserves and variance analyses; • Working out templates and data collection from the Business partners; consolidation and analysis of the received data, verification vs targets; • Providing financial leadership in delivering the financial targets of the business with close partnership with sales teams; • Providing financial support to stakeholders in order to proactively identify areas of potential upside/downside; • Leading the preparation of Clients' P&Ls; • Performing business case assessment to achieve financial targets and to improve business performance; • Participating in continuous improvement processes • Contract approvals; Feel free to apply if you have: • 3+ years experience at the role of Finance controller in Sales, Growth Revenue (FMCG/production company), experience in company with high flexibility and volatility in processes; • Good understanding of general reporting and IFRS principles, accounting basics, finance analysis and finance management; • Experience in direct and functional managing the team; • Strong leadership ability, conflict resolution / management, learning agility, drive for change, dealing with ambiguity; • Analytical and strategic thinking, highly efficient communication and presentation skills, process improvement/optimization mentality; • Ability to work in multitasking environment with tight deadlines; • Team player, following the commitments; • Trustable and energetic personality; • Attention to details and accuracy in numbers; • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel is a must) • Experience with SAP FI/CO • English is upper-intermediate and above (B2) In Danone you will get access to : Important projects influencing the whole business Career opportunities, because we are focused on employee development Competitive salary, sales bonuses and a wide social package Contribute to a healthier world.
